runningnerds BE A RUNNER training team aka rtt BE A RUNNER is a virtual group training season. The team is comprised of various levels of runners & walkers + mentor coaches connecting to stay active, connected and positive during this landmark time in our world as we live through the COVID-19 global pandemic.
Structure of rtt BE A RUNNER 2020
-Team check-ins will take place via ZOOM teleconferencing on Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays. Times TBA. Archives, documents and digital communication will be done through google drive and facebook groups.
-Team members can request custom training plans specific to their goals
-Team members will have access to private workouts, webinars, and discounts to races (once we get back to racing again!!!)
-Team will adhere to all social distancing & city, state, federal CDC recommended safety practices as it relates to running, walking, and exercise. This means solo running + virtual workouts and meetings.
Required platforms for successful participation: Zoom, Google Drive, Facebook, & Instagram.
Finally, joining the team is FREE! We simply ask that you commit and stay active, connected, and positive!
